Feisal Shariff has almost two decades of experience in building teams dedicated to hard work and nurturing passion for the commercial truck tire industry. He founded Tire Sales International Ltd. (TSI) in 2005, which has grown to become one of the largest independent commercial truck tire wholesalers in Texas. Feisal has developed fleet programs to expand TSI’s customer base, and broadened TSI’s product offerings to include OTR & industrial tires, while cultivating long term relationships with suppliers.
He has successfully developed sales channels for brands like Michelin, Firestone, Yokohama, Falken, Double Coin and Roadmaster TBR (truck bus radial). Feisal also expanded to start retail service centers in South Texas offering mechanical, alignment, road side and other services in addition to sales of truck tires.
Walter J. Weller is a 40+ year veteran of the tire industry having worked for all three major manufacturers in various capacities. After starting his career in the tire industry with Michelin in 1976, he moved to Bridgestone USA in 1982 where he held positions as National Fleet & OE Manager and National Sales Manager. After the Firestone acquisition by Bridgestone Corporation he held positions as General Manager Business Planning, Tokyo Japan and then returned to the U.S. as Executive Director of Retail Operations responsible for the operations of 2,100 retail tire and service centers. In 1992 he was appointed Vice President Commercial Sales, leading Bridgestone to become the market leader in the U.S. replacement and OE channels. In 1997 Walt moved to Mexico City as President of Bridgestone Firestone Mexico, responsible for 2 factories and 3500 employees. He served in this position until 2001.
After leaving Bridgestone in 2001 he took a position with Goodyear Tire & Rubber as Director of Marketing Commercial Tire Systems in 2002. He left Goodyear in 2003 to own and operate a small manufacturing company.
However, the tire industry came calling again and in 2006 Walt began a 17 1/2 year career working with CMA, LLC, a subsidiary of Double Coin Holdings Ltd out of Shanghai, China. As Senior Vice President, he built the CMA sales team and the Double Coin brand into the leading import truck tire brand in the US ultimately garnering the position of the 6th largest brand in the US truck tire industry by market share. In July 2022 he retired from CMA, LLC and worked
with CMA, LLC in a consulting capacity until January 2024.
Michael Milo has been active in the tire business for over 35 years, with expertise in developing and creating multiple private brand tire lines. Graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Honors Economics from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Canada, Michael began his career in Canada and has worked with many dynamic tire companies in the industry. He has continued to work with industry wholesalers, retailers and end users in the truck, passenger, OTR and specialty tires.
Additionally, the largest US commercial truck tire company Southern Tire Mart hired Michael to create a private brand truck tire line for its wholesale and retail divisions. Through his guidance, the private brand of tires continues to generate sales exceeding $20 million annually. The immensely successful RoadOne program continues as the commercial truck tire company’s house brand to this day.
Due to Michael’s strength as a leader in private brand development, a major Asian US Based Company, recruited him to create a private brand line that remains a major brand name in the US market. During Michael’s tenure, he created sales and marketing programs creating profits that far exceeded the company's expectations.
Over the last 4 years Michael developed another successful truck tire line from Thailand for Delta Wholesale Tire in Chicago, IL. The Muscle Power brand continues to grown over 25% in total volume each year after its creation. Michael was instrumental in developing strategic plans concerning product development, sales and marketing and navigating solutions to the imposed tariffs, and their effects on the global tire industry.
